About Me

Hello, and welcome! My name is Sara (she/her).

Cultivating meaningful and sustainable change is something that is possible for everyone. Change is often uncomfortable, though you may be in a place where that discomfort is outweighed by the pain of your current experience. If you are struggling with finding meaning or fulfillment in life, experiencing unhelpful thought patterns or behaviors, or just wanting additional support and structure in your life, you may be in the right place.

I have provided therapy for a range of ages and have worked in non-profit and private treatment centers. My approach to counseling is interactive and based around fostering a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship. I have a person-centered and strengths-based approach with a systemic lens. I am passionate about working alongside individuals in the recovery process and helping them cultivate change. I believe in the uniqueness and strengths of all individuals and prioritize tailoring treatment specific to client needs.

I invite you to reach out if you are interested in learning more about what therapy with me would be like. I value the time spent getting to know new clients and would love to connect with you.
