I am currently paneled with Premera and First Choice Health, as well as multiple EAPs, inlcuding Lyra Health, Spring Health, and Modern Health. If you have coverage with a different insurance company, please contact them to determine if you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.
I would recommend asking these questions to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a copay? If so, how much is it?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
I am typically available for individual therapy sessions and phone consultations Tuesday through Friday. I do not currently offer in-person sessions. Please contact me to schedule a phone consultation or individual therapy session.
If I do not have current availability, please note that I do not keep a waitlist. I am happy to provide referrals for other providers.
Please allow 24 hours for any cancelled appointments. If you miss an appointment and did not provide notice, you will be financially responsible for the full session fee. Note that insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
In the case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to determine if the cancellation fee can be waived.
